A Life of Service and Leadership.

Celeste Hayes has devoted her life to teaching, leadership, and community service. She taught Kindergarten and Primary Art in several states and holds certifications in Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia. Beyond the classroom, she trained programmers for multiple computer companies, combining patience, knowledge, and a gift for guiding others.

After settling in Dunwoody, Georgia, Celeste became deeply involved in community service. She represented Walmart and Publix at charitable events, served on the March of Dimes board through Publix, and created a project to support breast cancer patients at Northside Hospital. Her dedication earned her Volunteer of the Year at St. Pius X High School.

Celeste discovered the Teacher Reuse Exchange as a volunteer, drawn to its mission of supporting educators and nonprofits. Today, she continues that commitment as a valued board member, helping ensure teachers have the resources they need to serve children well.

Through every chapter of her life, Celeste has led with generosity, creativity, and heart.
